Terms & Conditions

All items sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. Normally, you can preview items one week before the auction. We ask you to carefully examine all items before you bid because “as is – where is” means “no returns”. All sales are final. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Our Buyer's Premium is 13 %. If you win an item with a "hammer price" of  $100, you will be charged $113 when you check out.

Bidders receive a 3% discount when paying with cash, checks or debit cards presented with a PIN.

"Hammer Price" is defined as the high bid on an item and does not include the Buyer's Premium.

Statements made the day of sale supersede all printed material and all other announcements of any kind.

All purchases must be paid for on auction day. Absentee bids will be paid on the day of sale using the charge card left on file by the bidder.

Methods of payment: cash, cashiers check, local company or personal check approved by the Auction House. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

DDD Auction is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and operates under license #16327. Contact information for TDLR is posted at the reception desk.

Texas State Sales Tax will be collected unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us (not a copy of a sales tax license).

Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number), a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.  Items become the property of the bidder when the auctioneer says, "sold".

Storage: All items must be removed not later than the close of business on the second day after the auction. Any items not removed will be placed in storage at a rate of $1 per square foot of storage space with a 100 square feet minimum. The first month's storage ($100 minimum) is charged on the day the items are moved into storage.

Our employees will cheerfully assist you load your items when the auction is over; however, they are not employed by us for this purpose nor are they professional movers. The buyer assumes full responsibility for moving and loading all items.

Your ideas and suggestions are welcome. We strive to make the Auction House  a place you can enjoy.
